We hope that you find this a useful tool in managing documentation for your insurance coverage.
Helpful Hints and Rules:
1. You cannot create a certificate on your own. You can only add holders to existing master certificates.
2. If you need special wording such as a Waiver of Subrogation, Hold Harmless, Primary/Non-contributory, etc., you must call our office to issue the certificate.
3. Be sure you select the certificate for the current policy term.
4. You can request that other users have access to the system but please be careful with this — you don’t want ex-employees having access.
Computer Requirements:
1. Download and install the current version of Firefox browser on your PC or MAC (www.firefox.com)
2. Download and install the current version of Adobe Reader on your PC or MAC (www.adobe.com)
3. Even if you think you have those two programs already, please download and install the latest versions of both on your MAC or PC before you proceed to the 24/7 site. It will take only 15 min now but will save you hours of troubleshooting later; both programs are free. Just make sure you install Adobe Acrobat AFTER you install Firefox.
