Additions or changes take effect right away; you can print your certificate with the new holder information immediately. There is no delay for approval or pending requests.
To reach the changed certificate, you need to go to Main, then choose View/Print Certificates of Insurance.This will take you to the recently-updated list.The list that appears when you press Send contains un-refreshed, pre-change information.
